Real statistics
Daily average, median gap, longest gap and day-versus-night intake, over the last 24 hours, 3, 7, 14 or 30 days, or all time. The same for sleep: average per day, median and longest wake window, longest sleep.
Charts of the whole history
Daily totals, night gaps and rolling 24-hour intake, charted over weeks or months.
Helps time feeds and predict sleeps/wakes
Predicts next nap/wake/poop based on your baby's own logs, by hour of day, weighted towards more recent days. These models were validated against entries it had not seen. Next feed spaced out by guidelines and your own child's recent habits.
WHO growth percentiles
Enter a weight and a length and see where your baby sits on the WHO weight-for-age and length-for-age curves for their age and sex.
Missed days do not skew the numbers
Mark a day ignored and it leaves every average, median and chart, so a day you forgot to log does not read as a day your baby did not eat or sleep.
Works offline
Entries save to your phone and sync when it reconnects.
Correct across time zones
Every entry keeps the time zone it was logged in, so the history and the statistics still read correctly after you travel.
Not AI slop
We built Baby Gauss to track our own baby, and we have used it every day since their birth. Every feature was tested on real data.
Everything is free
Up to 12 babies per account. Full history available for CSV export. Everyone caring for the baby is welcome to sign in to the same account on as many phones as you like. There are no ads, no subscriptions, and no tracking of your personal data. Account deletion is complete.
